Gabrielle Shubert

My career in public service has included 27 years at New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority, 3 at the Arts & Design division, and 24 as director of the New York Transit Museum. I'm now focused on writing about food and life in Italy where my husband and I restored an old farmhouse in Le Marche. I'm studying cooking at the Institute for Culinary Education in Manhattan.
